Smoking, drugs, caffeine and alcohol always give an illusion of being stress busters. You should avoid these because they can lead to greater anxiety and frequent panic attacks. By the intake of Nicotine, Drugs, Caffeine and Alcohol, you are not helping yourself. In fact it can and will kill you over time. Try and avoid smoking, drugs, caffeine and alcohol if you want a healthy life for yourself and your loved ones.
Smoking:
- Smoking essentially implies intake of Nicotine which is highly addictive. This implies that you will be hooked to a deadly substance before you know it.

Avoiding addiction to Drugs:

Avoiding addiction to Caffeine:
Avoid or limit caffeine. Chocolate, some high energy drinks, hot chocolate beverages, coffee, tea & cola drinks all contain caffeine which is a stimulant which accelerates the fight or flight response. Caffeine also causes sleep disorders.
